One moment, they were a force for justice, and another moment, they were evil. Many of my brothers and sisters had experienced one. And only in those extreme cases did they deserve to have that as a human right. And these are my personal experience stories. After I came out and talked to my family about this with my chief, I learned that he had lost faith in our abilities to deal with what was called rape and violence alone.
